How do I change the language of Healcard Web?

Language switching mode is disabled right now. We will soon add this feature as for your convenience till then we wish you to get benefit from the launched features. In case of any inquiries, you can contact our support team.

What is the Healcash & its usage and how doctors receive it?

Healcash is Healcard currency. It works the same as rupees and equal in value(i.e. 1 healcash= 1 Rs). All internal transactions on Healcard will occur with healcash which a doctor has to purchase from Healcard in return of money.

I forgot my password. How do I recover the same password?

You can change your password anytime when you want but when if a user forgets his password then he must have to OTP for "Forget password" option verifying your mobile number. You will receive an OTP to let you change your password. After OTP verification you can reset a new password.

What if I'll ask to download other Apps for payment and others?

Try not to get incited from updates on the Virtual Desktop, as just framework overseers have authorizations to do this.
